PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit mounting structure which can improve the workability of inserting units of an electronic apparatus into a housing, and can also improve the assembling operability of slide rails. SOLUTION: A pair of housing-side rails 4a and 4b are formed on the left and right sides of the inner surface of the housing, respectively, while at the same time a pair of unit-side rails 2a and 2b are formed on the left and right sides of the external surface of the unit 2, respectively. The pair of the housing-side rails 4a and 4b or the pair of unit-side rails 2a and 2b is trued up in the insertion direction at the insertion starting end, and the other pair is shifted in the insertion direction at the insertion starting end.
