PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the input setup of data to be added in the middle of preparation of personal data with a simple operation. SOLUTION: The data processor is provided with a CPU 11 which shifts to an image data input preparation mode when the input of, for example, image data other than character data constituting personal data is indicated by a key input part 14 in the middle of a telephone book preparation mode, automatically returns to the telephone book preparation mode when image data input is completed by an image photographing part 12, and additionally sets an inputted image data file to personal data dualing the preparation.
