PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a carbonylation reaction in a microflow system permitting a continuous and safe reaction. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method comprises reacting an organic compound represented by the formula: R<SP>1</SP>-X [wherein R<SP>1</SP>is a monovalent organic group; and X is a group capable of leaving so as to form an R<SP>1</SP>radical] with carbon monoxide in the presence of a radical initiator and a radical mediator by the microflow method, where the diameter of the flow path of the microflow is at most 1.8 mm.
