The clutch hand lever (3) is joined with a ring-shaped element (2) to one end of the handle bar (1) of a motorcycle. The lever (3) can be rotated with its rear end around a transversal bolt (4) in order to move the clutch operating cable. A helical spring (5) is wound around a cylindrical element (7) and accommodated inside a cylindrical cup (6) provided with two lateral extensions (9) inserted into bores at the lever (3). The cylindrical element (7) is swivel mounted to the holding element (2). When the lever (3) is moved in order to release or engage the clutch the motion is supported by the spring (5).
