A flexible device for total, or part reflection of electromagnetic radiation at a given wavelength, has a flexible reflecting layer embedded in a in a flexible transparent medium so that the reflecting properties of the device are preserved. A given fraction of the incidence light is reflected and the remaining fraction is transmitted.
