<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processor capable of executing proper sheet processing by determining the switching of a copying JOB when switched to another copying JOB different in operation mode and size or the like in one copying JOB, and an image forming device. <P>SOLUTION: When a copying start signal is transmitted to a CPU 1001 of the sheet processor 400 from a control part 2 at a printer 200 in a device body 11, the CPU 1001 executes the JOB change determination processing of whether it is changed to another copying JOB different in operation mode and image forming size or the like in the one copying JOB or not.
