<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet handling device capable of loading a bundle of sheets in a stack tray, while aligning them, in the case of discharging the sheet bundle (loading paper) loaded in an intermediate tray after an operator eliminates the sheet bundle (loading paper) loaded in a stack tray, and to provide an image forming device. <P>SOLUTION: When discharging the sheet bundle loaded in the intermediate tray 410 to an upper stage stack tray 421 (or a lower stage stack tray 422), a CPU of a control unit as a control means operates an upper stage stack tray motor 467 (or a lower stage stack tray motor 468) to move the upper stage stack tray 421 (or the lower stage stack tray 422) to the predetermined position in the case wherein determination that the upper stage stack tray 421 (or the lower stage stack tray 422) is not positioned in the predetermined position is done on the basis of the tray position detecting information by a home position sensor 461. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
