<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable oscillometric hemadynamometer capable of measuring blood pressure accurately even when blood pressure of a person to be measured having blood pressure variation is measured. <P>SOLUTION: The hemadynamometer acquires a pulse wave form by measuring a cuff pressure, detects a first rising point which is the first rising of the pulse wave and a second rising point which is a rising of the pulse wave that occurs near the first rising point, adopts pressure values of the rising points as first and second maximum blood pressure candidates, and determines the first maximum blood pressure candidate as the maximum blood pressure when the difference between the first and the second maximum blood pressure candidates is within a predetermined range. When the difference is not within the predetermined range, a pressure value of a point having an amplitude value of a predetermined percentage of the maximum pulse wave amplitude is adopted as the third maximum blood pressure candidate, and an average of the first to the third maximum blood pressure candidates is determined to be the maximum blood pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
