METHOD FOR PRODUCING RESIN PARTICLE, RESIN PARTICLE, IMAGE-FORMING AGENT, IMAGE-FORMING AGENT-FILLED CONTAINER, IMAGE-FORMING METHOD, PROCESS CARTRIDGE AND IMAGE-FORMING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing resin particles, with which aggregation or coagulation of resin particles is reduced and which readily produces resin particles, to obtain resin particles produced by the method for producing the resin particles, an image-forming agent containing the resin particles and an image-forming agent-filled container in which the image-forming agent is filled in a container and to provide an image-forming method for forming an image using the image-forming agent and an image-forming apparatus.

SOLUTION: The method for producing a resin particle, which produces resin particles composed of a material containing at least a resin, comprises a process for dissolving or dispersing a material containing a resin into a first fluid containing at least one of a first supercritical fluid and a first subcritical fluid and a process for jetting the first fluid in which the material containing a resin is dissolved to a second fluid containing at least one of a second supercritical fluid, a second subcritical fluid and a liquid. The process for jetting the first fluid to the second fluid comprises a process for precipitating the resin particle and a process for adhering an outer additive insoluble in the second fluid to the surface of the resin particle.
