<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum insulating material, which has suitable formability and an even, flat and smooth surface, capable of easily being prepared in various shapes. <P>SOLUTION: Laminated films 8a and 8b including a part of a core material 7 are heated, pressurized, and thermally deposited from both sides by an elastically-deformed upper hot plate and an elastically-nondeformed lower hot plate so that a surface at a laminated film 8b side is flat and smooth without having an uneven surface between a portion opposite to the core material 7 and a portion not opposite to the core material 7. Upon heating the laminated film 8a side by the elastically-deformed upper hot plate, the laminated film 8a side is thermally deposited to an edge of the core material 7 along to the shape of the core material 7 while uneven portions on a surface formed by the core material 7 and a non-core material section are absorbed in spite of the shape of the core material 7. The surface of the laminated film 8b side is set to be flat and smooth so that the laminated film 8b side is heated by the elastically-deformed upper hot plate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
