<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel for use in a various types of electronic equipment which prevents warpage, is excellent in visibility and operates surely. <P>SOLUTION: An upper phase difference plate 6 and a polarization plate 7 are stacked on an top surface of an upper substrate 1, and a correction plate 8 having a heat shrinkage rate equal to or smaller than the difference plate 6 is disposed on the polarization plate 7. Thus, the top and bottom of the polarization plate 7 having a larger heat shrinkage rate are held between the correction plate 8 having a smaller heat shrinkage and the difference plate 6, and the touch panel which prevents warpage in the case of being used under high temperature and high humidity and is excellent in the visibility and operates surely is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
