PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube pump which can be maintained easily, and to provide an ink jet recorder. SOLUTION: A supply pump 6 comprises a housing 60 formed with a recess 61 having an arcuate inner circumferential surface 61a, a tube 52 having an intermediate portion formed along the inner circumferential surface 61a, a press member 63 arranged on the side opposite to the inner circumferential surface 61a for the tube 52 and moving a pressing position along the longitudinal direction of the tube 52 by eccentricall moving while pressing the tube 52 against the inner circumferential surface 61a, and a transparent cover member 65 covering the recess 61.
