PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator providing easy attachment of a refrigeration chamber evaporator by simplifying it. SOLUTION: The refrigerator is provided with an inner box 1 composing a refrigeration chamber 6 interior, the flat refrigeration chamber evaporator 17 arranged along a rear wall of the inner box 1, a decorative panel 20 covering the refrigeration chamber evaporator 17, and a cooling fan 15. The refrigeration chamber evaporator 17 is arranged between the inner box 1 and the decorative panel 20, a space between the refrigeration chamber evaporator 17 and the inner box 1, and a space between the refrigeration chamber evaporator 17 and the decorative panel 20 are used as cold air circulating air duct spaces, and the refrigeration chamber evaporator 17 is positively fixed in position to the inner box 1 by a fixing member 22 and a fixing lid 24. By this, cold air circulating air ducts passing cold air over both a front face and rear face of the refrigeration chamber evaporator 17 can be stably secured, and enlargement of a cooling area, and increase and optimization of a cold air circulation air capacity become possible.
