PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear superior in dimensional accuracy in which separation hardly occurs on bonded interfaces even when a gear core body and a tooth part formed of polyamide resin are bonded. SOLUTION: The gear is integrally bonded after applying a bonding auxiliary agent containing a phenolic compound as a component (A), and an organic solvent as a component (B) which can dissolve or disperse the component (A) on the outer periphery of the gear core body 11 at least an outer peripheral portion of which is formed of polyamide resin or the inner periphery of the tooth part 12 formed of polyamide resin.
