PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment structure enabling to easily and surely attach a fuel injection device to an integrated intake manifold of which upstream side is largely bent upward. SOLUTION: In the integrated intake manifold 1 of which upstream side is largely bent upward, a head part 13a of a bolt is provided on a back side of the intake manifold outer wall upper surface to attach fuel injection devices 4, 5 on an outer wall upper surface of an intake manifold downstream part by a fastening bolt 13 and a female screw part 21 with which the bolt 13 is threadedly engaged is provided on the intake manifold outer wall upper surface side. Bolt fastening by a straight tool toward an inside from a bent outside of the intake manifold 1 is enabled by this structure, and efficiency of attachment work of the fuel injection device 4, 5 is improved.
