PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting device of a passenger conveyor for saving on a space, and easily conducting connection work with a lifting machine. SOLUTION: A suspension fixture 4, provided on each end of width directions of a receiving beams 3 located on both ends 2a, 2b of a longitudinal direction of a truss 2 being a strength member, comprises: a freely openable and closable hook part 8 to which a rope-like body 7 is attached; and a pedestal part 9 on which the hook part 8 is fixed, fixed inside a vertical projection plane of the truss 2 including the hook part 8. The pedestal part 9 is fastened and fixed to the receiving beams 3 by a jack bolt 10 previously provided on the receiving beams 3 so that an attaching direction of the hook part 8 faces a center direction of the truss 2.
