PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply structured and easily cleanable tool for squeezing out which makes it easy to open a retort pouch by a hand, squeezes out efficiently a content left in the pouch by inserting the tool into the top of the pouch and by pulling the tool down in a state that the opening of the pouch which is opened faces downward and the content is dropped. SOLUTION: This tool for squeezing out food from a retort pouch is made of two rods to which magnets are mounted so that side faces of the rods are adsorbed to each other. Ends of the rods are connected with a bent leaf spring for keeping the whole side face of the rods contacting to each other when tip ends of the rods with the magnets are contacted, and for keeping the rods separated from each other when the end of the rods are pulled apart.
