PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article conveying material capable of communicating with a non-contact IC tag of a loaded article placed on a loading face. SOLUTION: The article conveying material used for conveying an article loaded on the loading surface thereof includes a non-contact communication means for communicating with the non-contact IC tag attached to the article, without touching the IC tag, and a portable type power source means for supplying power to the non-contact communication means.
