PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable blade cases to be sufficiently stably held even if the blade cases whose number does not satisfy a fixed number are housed. SOLUTION: This blade case housing container 2 is equipped with a box body 6 which houses a fixed number of the blase cases 4, and a spacer 8 which is inserted in the box body 6 in order to hold a number not satisfying the fixed number of the blade cases 4 in the box body 6. The spacer 8 is made of a bendable plate member 26, and on the plate member 26, a plurality of breakable lines 36 are formed with at intervals equivalent to the thickness of the blade case 4.
