PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple-structured and inexpensive filling valve shutting a liquid passage and an air passage between the filling valve and a container completely from open air when filling, also completely shutting the liquid passage and the air passage after the filling, and preventing liquid from leaking out of the valve when discharging compressed air remaining in the container and the valve. SOLUTION: When the container is raised for filling, a container mouth comes into contact with a seal packing, a tube of the valve is pushed by a discharging means, and a liquid valve and a vent tube simultaneously open to have the container filled with the liquid. When the container is lowered after the filling, the discharging means is activated by means of the residual descending stroke of the tube after the vent tube and the liquid valve are simultaneously closed to release air pressure in the container.
