PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a risk of the laundry sliding downward as the laundry hanging from a clothes drying pole is fanned by wind and an arm rod gets perpendicular. SOLUTION: Side panels 18 and 18 on both sides of a casing 4 of a support body 1 project slightly forward from an upper panel 19 and a base panel 20, and an outer stopper part 21 id disposed to project inward at the front end edge of the side panel 18. A lock part 7 is disposed at the front end of the base panel 20 and a receiving part 6 is disposed at the upper end of the outer stopper part 21. A cover body 3 covers the inner surfaces of the side panels 18 and 18, and the cover body 3 has a stopper part 8. A projection wire part 10 is formed in the arm rod 2 along the peripheral edge except for the proximal end part. The projection wire part 10 consists of an upper projection wire part 10a and a lower projection wire part 10b connected by a semicircular connecting projection wire part 10c. The arm rod 2 has an engagement part 12 and an engagement part 13, and a hook part 11 and a anti-loosening part 14 are disposed in the proximal end part of the upper projection wire part 10a.
