<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the input of an operation instruction to an electric apparatus such as an image forming apparatus and to operate the electric apparatus installed at a remote place. <P>SOLUTION: When there is an image identical to a model image (YES in S2) in the image of an object photographed by the image photography part of a cellular phone, a communication part requests transmission of operation instruction input picture information to a printer 3 (S3). The information transmitting/receiving part of the printer which receives the request transmits the operation instruction input picture information to the cellular phone 2 (YES in P1, and P2). When the communication part of the cellular phone receives the operation instruction input picture information (YES in S4), an operation instruction input picture is displayed on a display part (S5). When an operation instruction corresponding to the operation instruction input picture is accepted by an operation instruction acceptance part (YES in S6), the communication part transmits the operation instruction to the printer 3 (S7).
