<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change data communication speed as the necessity arises. <P>SOLUTION: In an information processor 2, a frequency of a clock signal S1b used in performing data communication with a card type semiconductor storage apparatus 3 can be changed. In accordance with that, also in the card type semiconductor storage apparatus 3, a frequency of a clock signal S1d used in performing data communication with the information processor 2 can be changed similarly.
