<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete precast stair which enables complete precasting by taking advantage of merits of concrete and minimizes construction labor at a job site and further enables reliability to be secured and realizes reduction of execution cost. <P>SOLUTION: The concrete precast stair has a predetermined height, width and thickness and is a substantially square rigid body. The concrete precast stair comprises a vertically continuously connected pillar part 1 of an intermediate wall, landing sections 4, 5 joined and fixed to front and rear surfaces of the pillar part of the intermediate wall with different heights and half stair frame parts 2, 3 which are unfixedly arranged on both sides of the pillar part of the intermediate wall and are laid and fixed between the two landing parts. The pillar part 1 of the intermediate wall and the landing part 4, 5 are joined by inserting a steel joint beam embedded in the landing part into a steel box embedded in the pillar part of the intermediate wall and welding and fixing it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
