<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-cylinder reciprocating compressor, dispensing with an additional component on the outside for restraining the pressure pulsation in an intake chamber, and not causing any increase in size of a cylinder head. <P>SOLUTION: This multi-cylinder reciprocating compressor includes: a cylinder block 14 having a plurality of pistons 40 for performing the intake stroke and the compression/discharge stroke of a working fluid; and the cylinder head 18 disposed adjacent to the cylinder block 14. The cylinder head 18 has a plurality of cross walls 116 in the interior thereof, regulating a discharge chamber 76 and an annular intake chamber 74 surrounding the discharge chamber 76 and disposed at spaces in the circumferential direction, and the cross walls 116 decreases the passage sectional area of the intake chamber 76. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
