PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that registration or deletion of software to computer terminals is performed only by persons who handle the computer terminals and is not managed. SOLUTION: When registration or deletion of software to the computer terminals is performed, remote management is enabled by that management representative for inputting and directing permission or refusal of registration or deletion using a computer network. Thus, processing method according to procedures and regulations is provided by management by a plurality of persons.
