PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device adapted to cool a plurality of cooling objects by a refrigerating machine, which can efficiently cool a plurality of cooling objects differed in cooling temperature stored in the device. SOLUTION: In the refrigerating machine including a vacuum vessel 41, a superconductive magnet coil 54 provided within the vacuum vessel 41, a magnetic body salt pill 58 field-applied by the magnet coil 54, a GM (Giffort-McMahon) freezer 70 generating cold air, a first heat transfer passage thermally connecting the magnetic body salt pill 58 to the freezer 70, and a second heat transfer passage thermally connecting the magnet coil 54 to the freezer 70.
