PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of reducing power consumption by independently conditioning the air of a plurality of spaces of air-conditioning object. SOLUTION: The air discharged from a state adjusting means 12 constituting the air conditioner 10 is supplied to each space 11 of air-conditioning object by an air supply means 13. The air supply means 13 is controlled by a control means 16, based on an air conditioning load of each space 11 detected by a load detection means 15, so that the supply flow rate to each space 11 is a supply flow rate according to the detected air conditioning load. According to this, the state of air of each space 11 is independently controlled to a desired state, for example, to have a set temperature. Since the supply flow rate to be supplied to each space 11 is controlled according to the air conditioning load of each space 11, wasteful power consumption can be remarkably minimized.
