PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection-foamed molding in which an end part or a part in contact with another part and a connection part have aimed shapes when a foamed molding is obtained by increasing the volume of a cavity by using a shear edge-structured mold. SOLUTION: In a resin molding method, a thermoplastic resin is packed in the mold provided with a movable mold B and a fixed mold A, the volume of the cavity C is increased by moving the movable mold, and the foamed molding is obtained. The foaming mold in which the thickness of the cavity of a part among parts in contact with the resin in the mold does not change by the movement of the movable mold, and the foaming method are provided.
