PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the interruption of work to a person to be required so as to reduce the opportunity loss of information acquisition while avoiding the interruption of the work of the person to be required and annoyance to surroundings. SOLUTION: The initial value of conditions adjusting the interruption utilizing a service is set on the basis of a past history. A condition having a high validity for adjusting the interruption such as a place where an interruption adjusting method is determined conventionally according to places, a member intending to inhibit the interruption at all times depending on members is set adaptively. Consequently, the initial value of a default provided by a device need not be used continuously, and the condition can be set so as to reduce labor for an input (correction) by a user.
