PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional information terminal 10 for controlling electric appliances (110 to 130) that has the difficulty of particularizing one electric appliance purpose program for one electric appliance among a plurality of electric appliance programs when a plurality of the electric appliance programs exist for one electric appliance. SOLUTION: Since an information terminal disclosed herein can determine an electric appliance purpose program in a way of taking into account the priority by acquiring a program list denoting information required for the operation of the electric appliance purpose program from a server 300 before the acquisition of the electric appliance purpose program, the information terminal can particularize one electric appliance purpose program even when a plurality of the electric appliance purpose programs exist.
