PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve design support environment for quality improvement or the like of design data to improve efficiency of a design, in the design of an integrated circuit such as an FPGA. SOLUTION: This integrated circuit design support device supporting the design of the integrated circuit having a plurality of pins has a processing part (a CPU 4) unifying pin arrangement information of the integrated circuit by a common format and arranging it on coordinates to form a pin arrangement matrix (a matrix sheet 108).
