PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise safety in traffic by obtaining one traffic signal light which emits three colors and indicates not less than three kinds of shapes, so as to correctly issue a traffic indication, prevent erroneous recognition, define the traffic indication as the one with the eye to a person with weak color vision, and facilitate arrangement. SOLUTION: Three colors of single-color LEDs are used and the arrangement position of the LED of each color is obtained at the position of a vertex in a regular triangle. In the inner part of the arrangement positions, the three colors of LEDs are arranged at positions to form a circle, a triangle, an x-mark, an arrow shape, or a human body shape. Consequently, the traffic indication is issued by the one traffic signal with the shapes and the colors, where each color is basically turned on in each shape without an error.
