PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater housing for a camera whose display part looks bright and large to improve visibility and which facilitates for taking a picture underwater. SOLUTION: The underwater housing 20 for the camera is a housing which houses the camera 10 with an LCD monitor part 11 etc., in a housing member 21 to enable underwater photography, and equipped with an enlarging lens part 22 which enlarges an image on the monitor part 11 to make an apparent area of the monitor part 11 larger at the back center part of the housing member 21 at the position corresponding to the monitor part 11; and the enlarging lens part 22 is provided to the housing member 21 and moves as shown by an arrow B to vary the angle of the enlarging part 22 to the monitor part 11.
