PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic tray dishing-up device capable of determining total weight of a tray by weighing meat cut pieces one by one, and by summing them up. SOLUTION: This automatic tray dishing-up device is provided with a slicing part 10 for cutting a meat block into the meat cut pieces by a cutting blade, a conveying part 20 serving as a weighing part 40 for receiving the meat cut piece from the slicing part 10 to be conveyed to the tray, and capable of weighing a weight of the meat cut piece, a robot arm as a dishing-up part 30 for receiving the meat cut piece falling down from a downstream end part of the conveying part 20, while moving freely the tray longitudinally and laterally, and a display part 50 for displaying comparison with a weight input from an input part. The weighing part 40 weighs the meat cut piece together with the conveying part 20 for conveying the meat cut piece, and a tare of the conveying part 20 is preliminarily subtracted to weigh a weight of every of the meat cut pieces.
