PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting a gene non-code domain on genomic DNA where proteins are together bound. SOLUTION: Fluorescence intensity data obtained by using a known DNA chip are used for displaying a protein binding domain from genome position information, intergenal arrangement information, etc. Cis-elements are detected from binding domain arrangement to detect appearance frequency of the cis-elements on the genome.
