PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set up and start an alarm with the minimum number of communications and operations. SOLUTION: A server 102 in a vehicle is provided with an information processing part 201 reading out a train number from a storage part corresponding to a request from a terminal device 105, and a transmission and reception processing part 202 transmitting the train number to the terminal device 105. On the other hand, the terminal device 105 is provided with a time table database 303 storing time table information, an information processing part 301 detecting an arrival time at a station where a user gets off from the time table information based on the name of the getting-off station and the train number in response to the name of the user's getting-off station from the user, and an alarm processing part 304 giving the user notice at the arrival time or at a predetermined time before the arrival time.
