PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocatalyst transfer body which has a photocatalyst layer, a protective layer (primer layer), and an adhesive layer, is high in adhesive force in each interface, and can be produced easily. SOLUTION: The photocatalyst transfer body 1 in which the photocatalyst layer 3 formed from a composition containing the photocatalyst and a component having an Si-O bond and a primer layer 4 formed from a composition containing an acryl-modified silicone or an acryl-modified titanate and provided with a function to cut off the action of the photocatalyst are laminated in turn on a peelable film 2, and the Si-O bond of the component constituting the photocatalyst layer 3 and the Si or Ti of the acryl-modified silicone or the acryl-modified titanate constituting the primer layer 4 form a siloxane bond and are crosslinked is proposed.
