PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strip-like member pasting-up apparatus for largely reducing an occupying space and drive force by sufficiently miniaturizing a motion part itself in required shaking motion and two-dimensional motion when a ribbon-like rubber strip is properly bonded to the periphery of a rotary body containing a rotary support to be wound around and laminated on the rotary body and removing the fear of the deformation of the ribbon-like rubber strip caused by the miniaturization of the shaking motion part. SOLUTION: The strip-like member pasting-up apparatus is constituted so as to paste up the molded ribbon-like rubber strip 4 on the periphery of the rotary body 2 through the gap between a pair of pasting-up rollers 10. A guide roller 7 constituted so that the rubber strip 4 is wound around and forming a U-shaped winding passage toward the lower side of the rubber strip 4 is arranged to the midway part wherein the molded rubber strip 4 reaches a pair of the pasting-up rollers 10 and the pair of pasting-up rollers 10 is made possible to rock centering around a position, which is near to the rotary body 2 from the guide roller 7, within a horizontal plane.
