PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lumbar pain rehabilitation mat for relieving burden on the buttocks and a lower back through the use of earth's gravity during sleep and giving many effects on lumbar pain. SOLUTION: This lumbar pain rehabilitation mat is constituted in such a way that a part to be put onto the most upper part of a thigh is made thick to thereby push up the most upper part of the thigh, consequently the buttocks are lifted up and lumbar lordosis is reduced to treat the lumbar pain. A thigh part 1 and a lower thigh part 2 are separated in the mat. The interval between both parts is adjusted in accordance with the length of a lower limb, and the parts 1, 2 are fixed by a fixing tool 3 at the separating position.
