Disclosed are compounds having Formula I: and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein R<SUB>1</SUB>, R<SUB>2</SUB>, R<SUB>3</SUB>, R<SUB>4</SUB>, R<SUB>5</SUB>, R<SUB>6</SUB>, R<SUB>7</SUB>, R<SUB>8</SUB>, R<SUB>9</SUB>, R<SUB>10</SUB>, A, and B are as defined herein, for use in methods for treating, preventing or ameliorating hyperproliferative disorders, such as cancer and other diseases and conditions.
