PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide risk information in an expression form easily received by a user for each the user.

SOLUTION: A storage means 102 stores authentication information about the plurality of users. A decision means 101 decides whether to perform authentication or not, on the basis the authentication information. The storage means 102 stores attribute information of the plurality of users that is each information including a characteristic of the user when understanding information. An attribute map storage means 104 stores an attribute map showing relation between a plurality of clusters corresponding to the attribute information and a relevancy to a plurality of analysis items. When the attribute information of the user is not stored, a generation means 103 generates the attribute information of the user on the basis of the attribute map. A storage means 106 acquires and stores various processed data. A processing means 105 processes the various data into the expression form suitable for the user authenticated on the basis of the generated attribute information or the stored attribute information. A presenting means 109 presents the various processed data to the authenticated user.
