<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonoriented silicon steel sheet having excellent cold rolling properties, a high yield strength and a low core loss in high frequency, and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The nonoriented silicon steel sheet has a composition comprising, by mass, 0.005 to 0.05% C, 0.5 to 3% Si, ≤1% Mn, ≤0.2% P, ≤0.03% S, 0.2 to 3% Al, 0.01 to 1.5% V and >1 to 4% Cu, and the balance substantially Fe with impurities and has a yield strength of ≥500 MPa, and whose core loss W<SB>10/400</SB>is ≤30 W/kg. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
