<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a culture graft using a culture medium which has a more excellent cell proliferation ability than that of a basal culture medium containing animal-originated pituitary body and does not have a problem in an ethical aspect. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the culture graft is characterized by inoculating a human adherent cell into a substrate with a basal culture medium containing human placenta extract. Since the basal culture medium containing human placenta extract has a more excellent cell proliferation ability than that of the basal culture medium containing bovine pituitary body, the culture graft, especially culture skin, can be produced in a large amount.
