<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate financial reconstruction, economic recovery, and poverty group assistance by interlocking with inputting a consumption tax rate which produces last-minute demand. <P>SOLUTION: The economic, fiscal and financial system calculates numerical values of consumption, tax revenue and a return of consumption tax to a poverty group based on a statistical expectation value and a formula of expectation of econometrics only by inputting a consumption tax rate and processing using a computer, and solves the problem by the last-minute demand by applying the maximum benefits to the poverty group of Amaltya-Sen theory and Robert Lucas' rational expectation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
