PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoreceptor, free of the occurrence of an abnormal image with dark and light stripes due to multiple reflections in the photoreceptor by writing light of coherent light, and due to the cycle of the writing light and the cycle of the unevenness of a substrate, and to provide an image forming apparatus with which high-resolution and high quality images can be formed.
