PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide training apparatus where the position of a handle can be adjusted variously. SOLUTION: The training apparatus is provided with a main body 8, the handle 2 which is grasped by a user, a handle post 4 supporting the handle 2 rotatably, a saddle 5 provided at the main body 8 for the user to sit down, and pedals 11 installed rotatably at the main body part 8 for the user to rotate for training. Then, the handle post 4 includes a base part 4b connected with the main body part 8 and a movable part 4a arranged on the side of the handle 2 and connected to the base part 4b so as to be inclined.
