PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out transmission of infrared signals throughout substantially a whole body front face width without impairing design of a body front face when installing infrared transmitting parts of the infrared signal for interlock with a ventilator on the body front face in a cooking device. SOLUTION: Two infrared transmitting parts 28a and 28b are intensively arranged on a grille panel 23b colored black that is different from the body front face 21a of a base color of aluminum material. Arrangement portions of the grille panel 23b facing the two infrared transmitting parts 28a and 28b allow transmission of infrared rays, and they are colored black of the same type as the grille panel 23b. One (28b) infrared transmitting direction of the two infrared transmitting parts 28a and 28b is face straight to the front, and the other one (28a) is slanted 45 degrees to a center side. By this, existence of the two infrared transmitting parts in the body front face can be eliminated in appearance, and transmission of the infrared signals can be carried out throughout substantially the whole body front face width.
