PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reversibly thermal-discoloring hologram laminate capable of visually sensing the hue effect due to the color change of the hologram image and a reversibly thermal-discoloring layer from both upper and under sides thereof and capable of being adapted even to a shape article visually confirmed from many directions, and flat yarn using it. SOLUTION: The reversibly thermal-discoloring hologram laminate is constituted by respectively laminating transparent hologram layers on the upper and under surfaces of the reversibly thermal-discoloring layer being an intermediate layer. The reversibly thermal-discoloring layer or the reversibly thermal-discoloring layer constituted by laminating a transparent resin layer on either one of the transparent hologram layers contains a microcapsule pigment including a reversibly thermal-discoloring composition composed of an electron donating color forming organic compound, an electron accepting compound and an organic compound medium for reversibly causing the color reaction of both compounds.
