PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely remove residual stress in a film arranged at least on the inner-surface side of a can-top. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with a conveying part 12 which is constituted so that the can-tops are conveyed to the lower part in the direction of the axis in the state where the plurality of laminated can-tops with a clearance between them are stacked by revolving screws 11 around the axis in the state where the outer periphery of the can-top is supported with a plurality of screws 11, a heating part 13 which is provided so as to enclose the screws and which is constituted so as to heat the can-tops by blowing warm air on the plurality of laminated can-tops in the direction crossed with the axis and a thermal insulating part 14 which is constituted so as to thermally insulate the can-tops by forming heat insulating material into a cylindrical shape, also is installed successively to the front end of the heating part 13 in the conveying direction F of the can-tops while the plurality of can-tops are stacked by bringing them into contact with each other in the inside of the thermal insulating part 14.
